With the Foremost programs, you will enjoy superior
services including our phone processing service. We have created
a special unit to assist agents with quotes, policy processing,
underwriting and service issues. To get a quote, simply call Foremost
APPS at 1-800-457-1103.
Book a policy
Foremost makes it easy to book a policy through
our phone processing service. We can book the policy right over
the phone. Simply call Foremost APPS toll-free at 1-800-457-1103,
from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. It takes
just minutes to quote and book a Foremost policy. We will book
the policy and handle the paperwork for you. You will collect
the initial down payment and we send you a bill with the policy
output. Foremost will direct bill the customer for the remaining
balance.
What other documentation is needed?
Working with Foremost is as easy as 1, 2, 3! And
we're paperless — you do not need to send us any additional
paperwork!

- Complete a paper application prior to calling
Foremost to ensure that you have all of the information needed,
then call us at 1-800-457-1103.
- Please maintain signed applications in your
office, but it will not be necessary to mail these to Foremost.
File a claim
We encourage customers to call us directly whenever
they need to report a loss or file a claim. Our toll-free claims
line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The toll-free Foremost
claims hot line is 1-800-527-3907.
Over the years, we've earned a strong reputation
for fast, fair claims settlements. We know that your reputation
is on the line whenever a customer makes a claim, and we work
hard to earn your trust.

quickly, please have the customer's policy number ready when you
call. Claims can also be reported online at www.Foremost.com
Ask billing questions
For billing questions and information on the flexible
payment options, call 1-800-532-4221. This will connect
you to our Voice Response Unit (VRU) which will give you quick
and easy billing information. You can access the VRU from 7 a.m.
to midnight, Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
For a non-automated response, call between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday
through Friday. All hours are Eastern Time.
